Photos taken using wide lenses to incorporate most space of the room. Basic editing and cropping good for social media and webpage. The images are processed using HDR (high dynamic range). HDR is simply the range of the lightest tones to the darkest tones collected and combined within a photo.

Real Estate Photography is the practice of capturing interior and exterior photographs and is usually used for marketing and sales of property.
Exterior photos
Usually takes advantage of available light by day, or at night using ambient light from adjacent street lights, landscape lights, exterior and interior building lights.
Interior photos
Can also be performed with ambient light transmitted through windows and skylights, as well as interior lighting fixtures. Frequently we use supplemental lighting to improve the illumination within the rooms by using electronic flash "strobes" or incandescent "hot lights".
"Flambient lighting", a combination of "flash" and "ambient" lighting may also be used to achieve the best result.

Twilight photography is usually taken on the exterior of the property, between 5 and 10 minutes after dusk (also called “golden hour”). It's used to showcase a landscape or property by highlighting features like fire pits and pools.
