This website is owned and operated by Nico Monteleone and VISIONART. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors while they interact with the content, products and services on this site, nicomonteleone.com (VISIONART).  This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. It does not apply to other websites to which we link. Voluntary Information for Services and Features

We collect personally identifiable information when you choose to use certain other features of the Site, including: i) making purchases - this include also Art Classes (for kids and adult), Murals, Customize Paintings, Fine Art, ii) consenting to receive email or text messages about upcoming promotions or events, iii) consenting to receive email, iv) participating in our forum, iv) commenting on articles, and others. When you choose to use these additional features, we require you to provide your “Contact Information” in addition to other personal information that may be required to complete a transaction such as your phone number, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We may also request (especially for Art Classes) personal information such as allergies, age, emergency contacts and more. Occasionally, we may also request information such as your shopping preferences and demographics which will help us better serve you and our others users in the future.

We do not solicit any personal information from children. If you are not 18 or older, you are not authorized to use the Site. Parents should be aware that there are parental control tools available online that can be used to prevent children from submitting information online without parental permission or from accessing material that is harmful to minors.

9) Disclaimer to Security

By consenting to the Terms and Conditions of the Site and hence the Privacy Policy, you consent that no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you provide to us and you transmit such information to us at your own risk.

10) Notification of Changes

Nicomonteleone.com (Visionart) reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. The undersigned hereby grants VISIONART PHOTOBOOTHSERVICE (“VP”) the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, in respect to the photographs, videos, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (hereinafter collectively known as “Images”) that VP has taken of me or my property, or minors in my care, or in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same, in VP’s own name or otherwise, to use, re-use, publish, re-publish, post, display, in printed form, or in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any legitimate purpose whatsoever. You hereby grant to VP the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your PHOTO BOOTH EVENT/s to further promote its service, including portfolio, print, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use. VP agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only.


The client agrees that all copyrights and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at the session shall be held exclusively by VISIONART PHOTOBOOTHSERVICE (VP). The client will receive images via email or as SMS and may print at their discretion as well as purchase professional prints from the photographer. The client may also post images online and to social media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) but must note VISIONART Photography as the photographer and include a tag where feasible. The client is encouraged to back up their images upon receiving them. Your purchase of the original files releases VP from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases VP from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.The client may not sell 1or take credit for any of the photos taken by VISIONART PHOTOBOOTHSERVICE (VP) highly recommends that photographs be printed only through a professional printing lab. If client prefers to print through a low quality printer, VP is not responsible for client being displeased with those printed products.


By agreeing to a PHOTO BOOTH SERVICE with VISIONART I am hereby waiving, releasing, and discharging (VP) and all its affiliates, from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my family including my traveling to and from this event. VP is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Client swears that each person is participating voluntarily in the said PHOTO BOOTH SERVICE and forfeit all right to bring a suit against Domenico Paglia or VISIONART PHOTOBOOTHSERVICE (VP) for any reason. VP is not responsible for uncooperative parties. It is understood that the behavior of children is unpredictable, however, photographer is not liable if children do not cooperate during services.

Please be aware that absolutely no refunds will be given after a session has taken place.

In order to start any PHOTO BOOTH SERVICE you must to agree to the following statement.
